Facial enhancements are available with eligible facial services and are subject to your esthetician's skin assessment. Your esthetician may modify or recommend an alternative if an enhancement isn't appropriate for your skin that day.

  • Start with our Siren Signature Facial.

    It’s our customizable 60-minute facial and a great choice for first-time clients or anyone who isn’t sure what their skin needs. Your esthetician will assess your skin at the beginning of your appointment and customize your treatment from there.

    If you’d prefer to talk through your skin goals before choosing a service, book a Siren Skin Analysis.

  • For general skin maintenance, many clients enjoy a professional facial approximately every 4–6 weeks. Your ideal schedule may be different depending on your skin, goals, home-care routine, and the treatments you’re receiving. Your esthetician can recommend a schedule specifically for you.

  • Some active skincare products can make your skin more sensitive to professional exfoliation and certain facial treatments. Let your esthetician know about any retinol/retinoids, exfoliating acids, acne products, prescription skincare, or other active products you’re currently using.

    We’ll determine what is appropriate for your skin and may modify your treatment when needed.

  • Please contact us before your appointment if you have a sunburn, open or broken skin in the treatment area, an active cold sore, unexplained rash or irritation, contagious skin condition, or significant skin reaction.

    You should also let us know if you’ve recently had a chemical peel, microneedling, laser/resurfacing treatment, waxing, injectables, cosmetic procedure, or other professional skin treatment. Some services may require additional healing time before a facial can safely be performed.

    When in doubt, contact us before your appointment and our team can help determine the best next step.

  • Many facial treatments can be modified for pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, certain products, ingredients, and modalities may not be appropriate. Please tell your esthetician before your treatment so we can customize your facial accordingly.

  • Possibly, but we need to know what you’re using before performing certain treatments. Prescription retinoids, isotretinoin, and other medications may affect which types of exfoliation or modalities are appropriate.

    Please disclose all relevant medications and prescription skincare on your intake form and to your esthetician.

  • Absolutely! If you have an important event, vacation, photoshoot, or wedding coming up, we recommend scheduling ahead rather than trying a new or more intensive treatment immediately before the event.

    Tell your esthetician about your event and its date so they can recommend an appropriate facial and timing.

  • Some temporary redness or sensitivity can occur, particularly after exfoliation or extractions. Every client’s skin responds differently. Your esthetician will customize your treatment based on your skin and provide aftercare recommendations when needed.

  • No. Extractions are included as needed in select facials.

    If clogged pores, blackheads, or visible congestion are your main concern, choose our Clear Waters Clarifying Facial, which includes additional time specifically for careful, targeted extractions.

    Our Quick Dip and Marshmallow Melt are not designed as extraction-focused treatments.

  • Enhancements are available with eligible facial services. Your esthetician will assess your skin before treatment to make sure the enhancement you selected is appropriate.

    Booking an enhancement does not guarantee it will be performed. If your esthetician determines it isn’t appropriate for your skin that day, your treatment will be modified and you will not be charged for an enhancement you do not receive.

  • Yes! We’ll cleanse your skin as part of your treatment. However, arriving with little or no makeup when possible gives us more time to focus on your facial experience.

  • Keep things simple. Follow your esthetician’s personalized recommendations, keep your skin hydrated, wear SPF, and avoid introducing new or aggressive products immediately after treatment.

    Your esthetician will let you know if your specific facial requires any additional aftercare.

  • Not at all! You don’t need to have a “problem” with your skin to get a facial. Facials can be part of routine skin maintenance, hydration, relaxation, event prep, or simply taking time for yourself.
