Client Agreement
By booking any appointment, package, membership, or class with Siren Curves, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all current policies, terms, and conditions. These policies are incorporated into your booking agreement and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policies.

At Siren Curves, we value your time and the time of our providers. Our cancellation policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients while allowing us to provide the highest level of service.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve all appointments and is applied toward the cost of your service.
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may have the deposit transferred to a new appointment or refunded.
Appointments canceled 13–24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the 30% deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
For clients using a package or membership:
Cancellations made 13–24 hours before the appointment may choose to either forfeit the applicable session or pay a 30% cancellation fee based on the regular service price.
Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one applicable session from the package or membership.
We understand that emergencies happen. Management reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and help us reserve dedicated time with your provider.
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will have the deposit automatically refunded to the original payment method or, upon request, may be transferred to a future appointment.
Deposits are otherwise subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy.

Memberships
Packages
Gift cards
Retail products
Deposits that are forfeited according to the Cancellation Policy
If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them. Client satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional care.

We kindly ask all clients to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, paperwork (if needed), and to ensure your appointment begins on time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delaying the next client's scheduled service.
Depending on the amount of time remaining, your provider may determine that there is not enough time to safely or effectively complete your treatment. In this case, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy.
Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time without communicating with the spa will be considered a no-show and charged according to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy.
If you know you are running late, please call the spa as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrival may still require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients.

Siren Curves offers a variety of memberships designed to provide the best value while encouraging consistency in achieving your wellness and aesthetic goals.
Membership terms vary by program. Some memberships automatically renew each month, while others are prepaid for a specified term and do not automatically renew. Please refer to your individual membership agreement for the terms of your membership.
Membership benefits are valid only during the current membership period and expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle or membership month. Unused services, visits, or membership benefits do not roll over into future months, including memberships that automatically renew.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy. Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows may result in applicable fees or forfeiture of a membership visit in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Memberships are non-refundable.
For memberships that automatically renew, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to admin@sirencurves.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will take effect for the following billing cycle.
Any additional cancellation requirements, renewal terms, or minimum commitment periods will be outlined in your individual membership agreement.

Siren Curves offers a variety of packages designed to provide the best value while supporting recommended treatment plans and long-term results.
Package terms vary by program. Some packages are purchased as a one-time payment, while others automatically renew. Package expiration dates, renewal terms, and included services vary by package. Please refer to your individual package agreement for the specific terms of your purchase.
Services included within a package are predetermined and may not be substituted or exchanged for other services unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Package sessions have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.
Appointments booked using package sessions remain subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of a package session in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to maximize the value of their package before any applicable expiration date.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.
We accept approved forms of payment including cash, major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.
A processing fee may apply to certain credit card transactions where permitted by law and disclosed before payment.
Returned or disputed payments will result in suspension of future booking privileges until the balance has been resolved.

Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount and may be redeemed toward eligible services and products offered by Siren Curves.
Gift cards:
Do not expire in accordance with Washington State law.
Are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Should be treated like cash. Siren Curves is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
May not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
May be used toward eligible services, packages, memberships, or retail products unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards used to reserve appointments remain subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy. If a cancellation or no-show fee applies, the applicable amount may be deducted from the gift card balance.
Gift cards purchased as part of a promotional offer or giveaway may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of issuance.

At Siren Curves, the safety, well-being, and comfort of our clients and team members are our highest priority.
Siren Curves reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule any service if, in the professional judgment of our staff, it is determined that treatment is unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the client, provider, or business.
Service may be refused or discontinued for reasons including, but not limited to:
A medical condition or contraindication that makes treatment unsafe.
Failure to disclose relevant medical history or medications.
Signs of illness or a contagious condition.
Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or abusive language toward staff or other clients.
Failure to follow provider instructions or established safety protocols.
Requests for treatments that fall outside the provider's professional judgment, training, or scope of practice.
Inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior toward any team member.
Repeated violations of Siren Curves policies.
If a service is refused or discontinued due to a safety concern or policy violation, applicable fees may still apply in accordance with the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy.
Siren Curves is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for every client and team member. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Our goal is never to refuse service. We will always do our best to educate clients, offer appropriate alternatives when available, and create a positive experience whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

From time to time, Siren Curves may issue Promotional Certificates as part of special events, giveaways, contests, referral programs, seasonal promotions, or marketing campaigns.
Promotional Certificates are not gift cards and have no cash value.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, Promotional Certificates:
May be redeemed only toward the eligible services or products specified.
May not be redeemed for cash.
May not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
May not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.
Must be presented at the time of redemption, if applicable.
Are subject to the Siren Curves Cancellation Policy when used to reserve an appointment.
Promotional Certificates may have an expiration date. Any expiration date, redemption restrictions, or additional terms will be clearly stated on the certificate or promotional materials at the time of issuance.
Lost, stolen, or expired Promotional Certificates will not be replaced or extended unless approved by management.
Siren Curves reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
Promotional Certificates are intended for promotional purposes only and are not valid toward previously completed services, prior purchases, gratuities, or the purchase of gift cards unless specifically stated.
